Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING WITHIN THE U.S.

The cost of U.S. shipping is included in the price of your stamp. Once your stamp is ready to ship, we will send it via USPS First-Class and you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. Remember, it can take up to 6 weeks from the time you place your order for your stamp to ship.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE U.S.

If you live outside the U.S., an additional surcharge will be added to your order at checkout, depending on your address:

  • Canada = $10
  • United Kingdom = $12
  • Australia and New Zealand = $20 (must ship via DHL)
  • All other countries = $15

The surcharge is per order placed, not per stamp ordered. Once your order is ready to ship, we will send it via USPS First-Class Package International (unless the destination is located in Australia or New Zealand, in which case we must ship via DHL). Most packages are delivered within 14 business days, however they can take as long as 21 business days to be delivered depending on time spent in customs and your local postal service. 

RETURN POLICY

Due to the process involved in creating custom items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on personalized stamps, including stamps with spelling errors made at the time of purchase. 

If you receive an incorrect stamp or if you find your stamp to be damaged or defective in any way, please contact us and we will send you a replacement as soon as possible.
